Patient Queue Management System

Aim

The aim of the project is to implement a system to manage and display patient queues in waiting areas

Problem statement

The objective is to enhance the overall patient experience, reduce waiting times, and improve the operational efficiency of healthcare providers. The goal is to create a patient-centric solution that optimizes resource allocation and contributes to a more organized and responsive healthcare environment.

Material used

Input: Push Button
Brain: TinkerSpace Brain Board
Output: Buzzer and LCD Display
Battery: 5V Lithium-ion rechargeable battery

Component description
Push Button

The function of the push Button is to pressed by the Patient

Buzzer

Buzzer is used to make sound when the push button is clicked

LCD Display

 LCD display is used to show the token number.

TinkerSpace Brain Board

TinkerSpace board acts as brain of this project, its function is to monitor Push Button ,Buzzer and LCD DIsplay

Battery

5V Lithium-Ion battery is used to power-up this project

Working description

Case 1: When the push button is pressed, The brain board receives the signal and turns on the buzzer and display the count on LCD Display as +1

Case 2: When the push button is not pressed, The brain board receives the signal and turns off the buzzer and display the total count on LCD Display 

Circuit Design (DesignSpace)

Step 1: Connect Push Button  to  input 1

Step 2: Connect  Buzzer  to output 1 and LCD Display to output 3

Step 3: Connect supply and test project.
