Aim
To help children learn about animals through interactive learning. By engaging with animal sounds and names, as well as spelling quizzes, the app promotes both auditory and literacy development in a fun and educational manner.
Problem statement
Children often struggle to recognize and spell animal names due to limited exposure to diverse learning tools. Traditional methods of teaching animal names and sounds may lack the interactive and engaging elements necessary for young learners. There is a need for an app that provides a multisensory learning experience, combining sound, visuals, and spelling exercises to make learning more effective and enjoyable for kids.
Major Widgets / Extensions used used
Image: Images have been included in the app, featuring the TinkerSpace logo, an answer confirmation image, and pictures of 10 different animals to enhance the learning experience.
Label: Labels are included to display the title, instructions, animal names, and a randomly generated question number.
Button: Buttons are included for “Learn Sound,” “Sound Quiz,” “Learn Spell,” and “Spell Quiz.” Additional buttons for “Home,” “Take Quiz,” “Exit,” “Play,” “Type” to enter answer, and “Submit” are also added.
Textbox: A textbox is added for entering the answer during the quiz.
Sound: A sound component (non-visible) is added to play animal sounds during the quiz.
Clock: A clock (non-visible) has been added to serve as a timer for the quiz.
Text to Speech: A text-to-speech (non-visible) component is added to announce whether the answer is correct or wrong. If the answer is wrong, it also provides the correct animal name and asks questions during the quiz.

Welcome to Zoo Who – an exciting educational app designed to help kids learn animal names, sounds, and spellings in a fun and interactive way! Our app features two levels: in Level One, children can explore animal sounds and test their knowledge with a sound quiz, while Level Two focuses on learning and quizzing them on the correct spellings of animal names. Through playful interaction and quizzes, Zoo Who makes learning enjoyable and engaging for young learners!
